The intial turn requires the man to do an almost immediate upward movement with a rolling heel toe movent of the left foot to signal to the woman that she will be doing a heel turn. If not, the woman may not understand that this is a Double Reverse Spin. The man's shoulders stay in normal frame and his torso swings around the woman. Do not break your frame and do not tilt to the left on this left turning figure. The Quick:Quick ending seems like it takes forever because the man is doing very little other than standing on toe and turning. The man's head stays poised upward and slightly to his left. Do not move your arms and elbows to lead the woman, the arms will move with the torso.
