On Step 4, the right foot heel stays on the floor and the toe points up to allow the man's right side to move to the right. Otherwise there's not enough movement to allow the woman across. The right foot with the toe up and heel angled on the floor moves between the lady's legs. In step 5, the man rises keeps and keeps his upper blocks aligned. The rear end should be tucked in and stay tucked in. Look to the left, not at the woman.
