The Natural Turn swings in a straight line and then turns. You must create sway to the right to control the swing to the left.
Inadequate swing creates a stiff look. The sway is created with an extension of the head along your center line.
With adequate swing you go up on your toes and you learn to balance and control your body in this position. This requires drills and practice.
